Making Sense of Money
The aim of this resource is to help students develop basic financial literacy skills. Topics include: how money came about; building your own money profile; planning and budgeting; sources of income; saving and sharing; money values; and, suggestions for a money project to present to the class. Activities include: values exercises, class discussions, understanding and drawing diagrams and graphs, chart work, field and project work, short-answer questions, and more. Answers are provided for self, peer or teacher assessment. Contains 50 photocopiable pages.
